Made with Unfiltered Gin 22 as the base, we peeled and steeped a whole bunch of local cantaloupe melons and then sweetened it with organic cane sugar.
Try it in a Melon Mojito
- 1 ounce Melon Gin
- 1 ounce Rum
- 1 ounce Classic Simple Syrup
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- soda water
- 8 fresh mint leaves, plus more for garnish
Muddle mint in your cocktail shaker and add all the ingredients with ice. Shake and double strain into a Collins glass with fresh ice. Top with soda water and garnish with extra mint.
